Screenshot_2015-09-26-13-46-38Green juice gets a bad rap sometimes, but it's actually a great way to load up on your daily vitamins.This green glass also help increase your energy, clear skin, reduce inflammation, and relieve anxiety and stress. As a model and fitness lover, green juice is a part of my routine. When I am too busy to press juice at home or when I am too lazy to rinse my Breville, I stop at the NYC  juice carts to pick up a tumbler of the good stuff. I try to grab a juice that is freshly pressed because it ensures I'm receiving the maximum dose of vitamins. This is also a great way to support the local small business owners and save money, since they are literally half the price. In the winter, when the carts are no longer available, the juice chains  are the next best thing. Whatever way you can get your juice is better than no juice at all. Green juice may be the new coffee.  When you can, have a green juice to start your day. Below are 2 of my favs. Try them out and let me know what you think.

Morning Green Juice

1 Cucumber

2 oranges (peeled)

1-2 Apples

5 Kale Leaves (Or Any Leafy Green)

½ Lemon

½ in Ginger Root Piece
