TODAY IS THE LAST DAY IN 2015 TO FINISH STRONG...LET'S GO!
What's up Love Squad!
Guess what? Its over! That's right, 2015 has a few hours left and then it will be a passing memory. Instead of focusing all your time on your New Year's Eve plans, why not take a few moments to consider what else you can do to finish this year strong. I'm not just talking about squeezing in one last workout. I'm talking about recognizing those lingering things on your list: setting up necessary appointments, resolving personal disagreements, and/or just reconnecting with friends.
Being "in shape" is not exclusive to looking lean, fit, and being healthy. It goes beyond your BMI, blood pressure, and fab fitness wardrobe/street style. It extends to your relationships. Those whom you love, work with, and are surrounded by.Vetting these feelings involve sitting down and thinking about how you feel–about what you feel.
So while getting a six pack is an ideal end-of-the-year goal, it takes far more than sit-ups to finish strong.Its addressing those feelings you've carried with you everyday under your abs. When it comes to REALLY finishing strong, there's no one way to do it, but there are many ways to be thorough about it.
I want nothing more than you, yes you reading this right now, to go into 2016 as a champion. For you, as a life marathoner, to cross 2015 with a spring in your step, feeling lighter, and have run your fastest time to date.
Take a few minutes to look at yourself, to look inside yourself, and see if you're in shape. While you may not be able to immediately "workout" your new discoveries, you can have a plan.
Preparation is half the battle. How you end and what you've learned will ultimately affect your new start. In the efforts of springing-into-action for 2016, you can only do so if you finish strong in 2015.
