Rebecca Kennedy is a Fitness Model, Nike Master Trainer, Barry's Bootcamp instructor and, recently shes added creator of one of the hottest new fitness workouts in New York City to her title.

A.C.C.E.S.S. is a method that consist of floor work similar to Yoga and Pilates, muscle  toning like Ballet, and unique movements that are rigorous.

Meaning ATHLETES. CONNECTION. CORE. ENDURANCE. STRENGTH. STRETCH, A.C.C.E.S.S was designed to highlight yet strengthen weaknesses through invigorating flows of movement patterns such as specific articulations, cross crawls, and spatial awareness. A.C.C.E.S.S. increases mobility, develops proper execution of conditioning drills, prevents delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and helps to avoid injuries. Basically, its the perfect combination of a high intensity workout and physical therapy.

Rebecca noticed that fitness enthusiasts attended studios up to 7 times a week. This realization about the industry ignited the creation of A.C.C.E.S.S. She explained that she is an advocate of putting yourself in a position to BE ABLE to work out while keeping healthy.

To be honest, while all of this is extremely important what we Love about RK Solid {that's her nickname} is that she is a kick-butt woman who has reinvented her career by dedicating her life to making others look and feel good. Her energy is contagious, and it only made sense that the foundation of her workout was Confidence! BAM! All the more reason to feature her on ALB. We Love nothing better than women empowering others, and that's exactly her M.O.

We've tried A.C.C.E.S.S and we loved it. The space was a no flex zone–Basically its was just as internal as it was external, creating a visceral experience.  Its unlike any other studio workout. Its uniqueness made us feel more in tuned with our bodies, allowing the experience to resonate deeper.
