Ever notice at a basketball game that players come out to their favorite song?

We all have a special song that gets us in the zone and our heads in the game. Music sets our mood, and is an easy way to get inspired, excited or even help to relax. All those feelings are important when you're training or just going for a casual run. We've noticed that if our beats aren't right it can be pretty difficult to stay focused while clocking miles.  We know that good music makes you feel good, especially when your body may not be. From experience sometimes mile 8 or 10 feels like we're running through mud. It always helps to have a great tune pumping to give us an extra spring in our stride.
