Açaí is the Superfruit of all Superfruit containing one of the highest antioxidant levels. They're usually hard to find fresh, but add them frozen into smoothies, thaw them on top of greek yogurt or oatmeal, and they make for a great boost early in the morning!
Grapefruit is a magical, fat-burning fruit. Grapefruit is hydrating, filling, and packed with immunity-boosting antioxidants. The fruit has fat-burning properties that may also help you get bikini body ready for the summer!
Bananas are one of our favorite fruit out there! Bananas help control hunger, regulate your bowel movements, and provide a great array of vitamins to help protect your eyes and heart. They are a great source of potassium, which means they can help lower blood pressure for those at risk for hypertension. Pair them with a tablespoon of almond or peanut butter for an extra source of protein. They add just the right amount of sweetness to any snack!

Blueberries have far less calories than most other fruit with only 80 calories per cup, which is always a plus in our book. This exotic fruit may be hard to find at the grocery stores sometimes, but when they're out and about, we're definitely brining bags of this fuzzy fruit home with us! Kiwi packs nearly as much vitamin C per serving as an orange and contains more fiber per ounce than a banana.
So don't forget to toss in frozen açaí berries into your morning shake, sprinkle a handful of raspberries into your greek yogurt, or add some slices of bananas to your protein pancakes!
