SLEEPOVER FOR OATS

Rushing much? The mornings can be very tricky. Most times we think we have more time than we actually do. An hour can seem like a lot of time, and most of think we get ready in 10 minutes. The reality is that this misconception of time leaves us breakfast-less, late, and pretty much hangry by the time we start work. Well, we have the solve to this problem.

Here's a recipe for breakfast that can be made the night before and last a few days!

ALMOND BUTTER BLUEBERRY BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 1/2 instant Oats
  • 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp, Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Banana slices
  • 1/2 cup of Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Agave
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

 

There are plenty fruits you can add to this combination. Find the one you love and go for it!
