Love Squad Social #1: Barry's Bootcamp with Rebecca Kennedy

A day after Thanksgiving the Love Squad met at Barry's Bootcamp in NoHo for an amazing Turkey Burn Run with the inspiring Rebecca Kennedy. Barry's Bootcamp experience

Most of us were complete newbies at Barry's Bootcamp. We had no idea what to expect. Once the lights go down, the music turns up and the Barry's experience begins. Hands down, this was one of the best workouts we have done in terms of group fitness so far. It's a great mix of cardio + strength workout that  includes 25-30 minutes of interval cardiovascular treadmill routines and 25-30 minutes of strength training utilizing free weights. No matter if you're a beginner or a complete experienced badass this workout is for everyone.

Rebecca also told us after her class that instructors, muscle groups and even workout segments vary throughout the week so that no one class is ever the same.

Thanks to everyone who came to Barry's on Friday to burn those extra Thanksgiving calories with us. It was awesome meeting every single one of you.
