THE POWER OF GOOD HABITS

Let's face it! It's not difficult to start a fitness routine. The hard part is sticking to it. If results aren't being seen quickly enough we tend to give up. We start missing our workouts and before we know it, all good intentions slip away and the routine is broken. Let's become a habitual winner! Working out should be a non-negotiable part of your daily routine. Repetition slowly becomes a habit and sooner than you think you start to get a sense of rhythm and relaxation during your workouts as you become fitter and your body starts adjusting to your demands. YES! It works - let us help you to get there:

SPICE UP YOUR LIFE

If we were just a swimmer, we'd be bored sometimes. Even elite swimmers don't just swim. Spice your routine up a little bit by mixing up your gym program regularly. Why? It offers fresh challenges and you'll also see faster results.

TEAMWORK

The Love Squad loves working out together. We enjoy the competitiveness of group sessions and the sense of achieving something together. Inspiring people next to you with similar goals will make it harder for you to procrastinate.

NO SLACKIN'

Don't forget: Slacking is not an option. We all deal with busy schedules on a daily basis. But all you really need is one hour a day, 6 days a week to make your routine effective. If you really want it, then you will make it happen. Try to schedule your workout as you would a business meeting. No one else will benefit from it but you.  It’s an investment in yourself.

EARLY BIRDS

Try to get it done before your body really registers what is going on. For us it's one of the best ways to stick to our routine. Your body will feel a lot lighter and energized throughout the day and you'll free up some time in the evening.

FUEL THE FIRE

... not the match! Even the most seasoned professional will not get close to breaking their records every session. Instead they get out regularly, put in decent work and focus on layering good sessions after session. Don't burn out mentally or physically. Work within yourself most of the time.
