#WorkoutWednesday with Natasha Hastings

Not only is it a new year, but it's also #WorkoutWednesday! So clearly it's time for a little motivation to get all of us in gear. Thankfully, two-time Olympic gold medalist and track star Natasha Hastings is here to help.

The 30-year-old posted a video of her workout routine on YouTube, and let's just say it is INTENSE. Hopping up stadium stairs on ONE FOOT at a time, Hastings hilariously called it "Death by stadium steps" on Twitter and even joked about hating her coach in the clip. She confesses that she didn't even think she would complete the exercise and that her legs felt like bricks. It's nice to know that elite athletes struggle in their workouts, too.
