What a show at the Grammy's last Sunday... It made us wonder though, how those super women like Beyonce, Rihanna & Co keep up their hard work at the gym. How do they build the stamina to perform high-energy concerts night after night? They must love working out.

Well, let us tell you since we've done some research: THEY DO NOT- not all of them. They are like us. Some days we love it, some days we just hate the gym. Why we say that? Just read the following 5 quotes of those famous and absolutely gorgeous ladies.

In a 2015 interview with Rolling Stone, the singer—who's also famous for sharing hilarious workout snaps on her Instagram—said, "I'm not, like, skipping to the f*cking gym. I don't enjoy it. I do like doing weights. I don't like looking in the mirror."

According to a report by Pop Sugar. "The truth is, it's a lot of sacrifice. It's more about your mental strength than physical strength," she said. "You have to push yourself. It doesn't matter what trainer you have. And it doesn't matter what program you're on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices."

"You have to just accept your body," she said in an interview with Vogue. "You may not love it all the way, but you just have to be comfortable with it."

In an interview with Self, the singer talked about her newfound love of Crossfit. "It makes me feel like GI Jane," she said according to Access Hollywood. "It's very empowering. I feel like I can whup ass! And in my shows, everybody has noticed. They're like, 'Dude, you have 100 percent more energy!'"

"I'm all about breaking mental boundaries, and training for a marathon falls right into the Jedi mind-training I need," she wrote on her blog. "Every morning, I get on my running swag, put the baby in the running stroller, and put on my headphones."

You feel better? We told you!
