The Love Squad Wild Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

We love to mix the wild blueberries into a smoothie which we have named the Love Squad Wild Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie. Mix the wild blueberries paired with the other healthy ingredients in this smoothie and this shake fills you up without weighing you down with calories.

It's made with plain Greek yogurt and low-fat milk for protein that keeps your belly from rumbling, plus peanut butter for satiating healthy fat and banana for extra fiber. You have to try it.


Blend 1/2 cup low-fat milk, 6 ounces low-fat plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened wild blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter and 2 tsp maple syrup in a blender. Serves one.
