SHOP FAQs
How does your sizes run?

Our apparel runs true to size, so if you are typically a medium, that’s your best bet. When in doubt, refer to our size chart! (Link)

Which carrier do you use?

We us USPS. Supporting the USPS is a priority of ours because Ally Love's mom works for them.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. From there, our vendors will be notified and your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for another 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Note: This process may take longer if there is inclement weather

I don't live in the US. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Before you place your order, please email hi@lovesquad.com to check shipping prices. Additionally, even though we can ship to you we are not able to offer international refunds or exchanges at this time.

Can I track my packages?

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since we are such a small business we do not currently accept returns and exchanges. However, if there an unforeseen mistake has occurred, feel free to let us know about it by emailing hi@lovesquad.com. We will handle these inquiries on a case by case basis.

I received the wrong size tee and was approved for a return, but haven't gotten my refund. What should I do now?

1) First, check your bank account again.
2) Contact your credit card company/bank -- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) After these steps, if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hi@lovesquad.com

One of my items was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?

If a product is defective or damaged, we will be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label for you. Please email us at hi@lovesquad.com within 2 days of receiving the order and attach photos of the damage or defect. Once we've received the damaged garment(s), they will be subject to inspection and we will send out the replacement item within a week.

What is your policy regarding sale items?

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE. Additionally, there are no credits or refunds issued if you purchased a regularly priced item and it goes on SALE after you placed your order. 

Do you sell e-gift cards?

We do not sell e-gift cards; however, we're workin' on it. Keep an eye out!


EVENT FAQs

What are your events about?

Love Squad hosts elevated, themed panel-oriented events. Each one is an opportunity to learn from and access our network of bosses and connect with other members of the community. We facilitate educational and motivational conversations about everything from fertile health to branding your startup company to negotiating a salary. We promise you will learn something new and leave ready to boss up!

I want to attend your next event. Where do I get tickets?

You can sign up for our events here!

How many people attend your events?

Some events are smaller and more intimate than others, so attendance varies. With that being said, some are as small as 25 people, and some reach 200 attendees. It’s depends on the space and the conversation.

Are men and people who don’t identify as women attend events?

Certainly! Even though our events are women-centric, we are an inclusive community, so we welcome everyone and anyone to join the conversations. No matter your gender identity, there’s a seat for you at the Love Squad table.

What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel like your best self! Our events are meant to inspire and we always make sure we set aside time for everyone to chat and network, so wear whatever you feel like a boss in! Whether it’s a sun dress, your favorite Love Squad tee {which we always encourage you to rep}, or those jeans that make you feel oh-so-good, rock it!

Will there be a bag/coat check available?

Sometimes. We can’t offer that at all of our events, unfortunately. Definitely ask upon arrival, because we do offer checks at some of our events, especially in the winter!
